PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging body and a packaging bag which enable the gripping section with a high rigidity by effectively utilizing a member constituting the packaging body for cooked-rice processed food.;SOLUTION: This packaging body 1 is equipped with an external sheet 10 and an internal sheet 20. In this case, on the external sheet 10, a parting means 12 going in the longitudinal direction and the gripping section 11 for unsealing are installed, and the external sheet 10 becomes dividable in the width direction when being parted by pulling the gripping section 11. The internal sheet 20 is stacked on the external sheet 10 through a sheet-like food 4 and separable in the width direction together with the external sheet 10. The external sheet 10 and the internal sheet 20 are sealed in a manner to surround the sheet-like food 4 in the packaging body 1. For the internal sheet 20, a section corresponding to the gripping section 11 being installed on the external sheet 10 is bonded to the gripping section 11. At the same time, a section 22 corresponding to the gripping section 11 in the internal sheet is constituted in a manner to be separated from other sections in the internal sheet 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
