PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate a radio wave intensity distribution or power density distribution while reducing resources and a time. PSOLUTION: For a plurality of predetermined discrete observation points inside a space of an evaluation object, electric field strengths or power densities (hereafter referred to as "radio wave intensities") of a radio wave being observed are acquired by calculation or measurement (S2), and by using the acquired radio wave intensities (hereafter referred to as "observed radio wave intensities"), a distribution function of the observed radio wave intensities is found (S4), and from the distribution function, statistical parameters of the radio wave intensity distribution are found (S6).
