PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a straw storage device of a vending machine capable of preventing taking out of straws by those who do not purchase beverage goods and taking out of more straws than needed, and as a result, capable of stably providing straws to a person who needs the straw.;SOLUTION: This straw storage device 11 of the vending machine 1 which stores the straws which can be taken out manually includes a straw storage box 12, a straw taking-out port 9 which is provided to the straw storage box 12 for opening outside and for taking out the straw S from the straw storage box 12, a flapper 13 for opening/closing the straw taking-out port 9, a lock mechanism 14 for locking the flapper 13 in the closing state, a sales determination means which determines whether or not sales of the beverage goods were performed, and a lock control means which releases locking of the flapper 13 by the lock mechanism 14 when determining that sales of the beverage goods may be performed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
