PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a safe generator of chemical nuclear fusion energy by solving problems wherein a large part of projection ions does not induce nuclear fusion since the degree of increase in a nuclear fusion reaction is not sufficiently large when causing the chemical nuclear fusion by projecting heavy hydrogen and lithium ions to the surface of liquid metal lithium and the liquid metal lithium is deteriorated by the chemical reaction. PSOLUTION: In the lithium cluster chemical nuclear fusion device, a 3-atom ion LiSB3/SBSP+/SPof lithium having especially high occurrence efficiency in lithium cluster ions is generated for acceleration from liquid metal lithium by electric field evaporation or PIG-type discharge in a magnetic field and is projected to the liquid metal lithium to induce chemical nuclear fusion in its large part, thus breaking a chemical reaction interfering with the nuclear fusion reaction. A reaction vessel is turned into a shape and a structure for miniaturization so that secondary and tertiary nuclear reactions are induced without losing the radiation of low-speed neutrons, or the like generated by chemical nuclear fusion, thus taking out energy safely and stably.
