PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a steering lock device easily mountable without impairing antitheft performance.;SOLUTION: In this structure of the steering lock device 30, the device 30 for locking a steering shaft 12 is mounted on a mounting part 10 in the vicinity of the steering shaft 12.
