PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent delay of medical procedure that requires urgent treatment with no extra labor required for a radiograph interpreting doctor. PSOLUTION: The radiograph interpreting doctor prepares a radiograph interpretation report representing an interpreting result of a medical image through a radiograph interpretation report generating terminal 12. Here, the radiograph interpreting doctor sets an importance level representing importance level of the interpreting result in the radiograph interpretation report. The CPU of the radiograph interpretation report generating terminal 12 determines whether an urgent treatment is required for a patient or not based on the set importance level when the radiograph interpretation report is generated. The CPU, when determining that an urgent treatment is required, generates a message 94 based on the content described in the radiograph interpretation report, and transmits the message 94 to a PHS terminal 28 of a requesting doctor.
