PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to make a contract with a center for a communication service using a radio device in a user's vehicle within a prescribed limited area without human operations, as regards a communication service contract system and a communication service contract method.;SOLUTION: In the communication service contract system for allowing the user to make the contract with the center for the communication service using the radio device in his or her vehicle, an onboard terminal is made to determine whether the vehicle is present in a designated area where the service is to be used or not (step 110). When the vehicle is present within the designated area, under the conditions where the vehicle is in an ignition on state and the radio device enables wireless communication, processing for making a contract for the communication service is made to be started (step 112).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
