PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a conventional traffic medium advertisement is intended for those who happens to be there by chance, and even if there is an individual who was interested in the information, it becomes impossible to extract the memory later, which is a method of very low efficiency for both an advertiser and the individual, that is, there has been no system that enables the individual to confirm advertising information in which the individual is interested, as long as the individual likes at an arbitrary location and time, nor has there been a method of easily verifying the cost effectiveness with respect to a very expensive advertising cost for the advertiser.;SOLUTION: A traffic medium advertisement, or the like, can be acquired from the advertiser's homepage, or the like, and its means is to provide a management number near or in the advertisement and to transmit the management number from a portal site, by using a mobile information terminal or a personal computer.
