PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new diaphorase gene and to provide a method for mass producing a diaphorase by using the gene.;SOLUTION: The diaphorase comprises (a) a protein having a specific amino acid sequence or (b) a protein having an amino acid sequence in which one-several amino acids are deleted, substituted or added in the amino acid sequence and diaphorase activity. The method for producing a diaphorase comprises a process for culturing a transformant containing a recombinant vector of the diaphorase and a process for recovering a protein having diaphorase activity from the obtained (broth) culture product.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
