PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an XY axis motor control device capable of accurately control positioning synchronized with a sewing machine main axis based on the quantity of movement of an object to be sewn.;SOLUTION: The XY axis motor control device comprises a movement quantity detection sensor 11; a position computing part for computing positional information for feedback from the quantity of movement of the object to be sewn detected by the movement quantity detection sensor: encoders 31 disposed in an X-axis motor 32 and an Y-axis motor respectively; speed computing parts for computing the speed for feedback for the X-axis motor and Y-axis motor respectively based on encoder signals of the respective encoders; a positional error computer for computing the rotation speeds of the X-axis motor and the Y-axis motor based on the positional information for sewing provided from a control part and the positional information for feedback; a speed error computer for computing rotation torques of the X-axis motor and the Y-axis motor based on the feedback speed and the rotational speed; and a current amplifier for distributing motor currents to the X-axis motor and the Y-axis motor respectively based on the respective rotation torques.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
