PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a sealing and clamping device for a pipe material, having a compact structure, reducing wear of an elastic member, securing sealing performance and facilitating replacement of the elastic member.;SOLUTION: Since a compressed portion of the elastic member for sealing and clamping the pipe material is formed to have a tapered shape, the capacity of the elastic member is reduced, so as to reduce the size of a sealing and clamping part and secure sealing performance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
