PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink liquid material mixer and the like which can efficiently mix an ink liquid in a short time period, is excellent in the mixing capacity of a surface floating substance and a bottom part stagnating substance, is substantially free from contamination, has a short cleaning time period when product types are switched, and, in particular, can mix the ink liquid even when the amount of the liquid varies.;SOLUTION: The ink liquid material mixer comprises a mixing tank T, and an outlet 2 and a discharge port 1 provided in the tank. An ink liquid W removed from the outlet 2 is pressurized. The pressurized ink liquid W is discharged from the discharge port 1 to mix the liquid ink W by the liquid flow.
