PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze interaction by a plurality of components using a fluorescence correlation spectroscopy method with high sensitivity.;SOLUTION: The analyzing method comprises the steps of labeling at least one of a plurality of components which interact by a fluorescent material, and analyzing a solution containing the plurality of components by fluorescence correlation spectroscopy method and detecting the number of particles of the fluorescent material, and/or a hydrodynamic radius. The solution containing the plurality of components has a viscosity regulator with molecular weight of 3,350 or greater so that the viscosity of the solution is 5 to 100 mPa s. This analyzing method can apply to a compound for controlling reaction of a plurality of components, for example effective screening of an inhibitor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
