PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire detailed advertisement information related to information advertised in an advertisement medium, even for the advertisement medium assumed to be viewed from a long distance. PSOLUTION: The reference information providing device includes: a receiving part to receive advertisement medium identification information to identify the advertisement medium from a mobile terminal device; a reference information determination part to determine the reference information of the detailed advertisement information related to the information advertised in the advertisement medium obtained based on the advertisement medium identification information and output the determined reference information; and a transmitting part to transmit the reference information outputted from the reference information determination part to the mobile terminal device.
