PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head treatment method for a cast-in-place concrete pile, which is excellent particularly in economy, and wherein most of extra-banking concrete can be subjected to removal treatment in the state of not being completely hardened, without requiring any one of a liquid formulation such as a retarder and a deterioration agent, an agitating blade for uniformly agitating the liquid formulation, a screw for scooping concrete, and a drive unit for driving them, and an implement for the pile head treatment, for use in the practice of the pile head treatment method.;SOLUTION: The implement 1 for the pile head treatment, which is composed of an aggregate of hollow pipes 5 vertically passing through the extra-banking concrete part of the cast-in-place concrete pile, is provided. After or before a process for providing the implement 1, concrete 10 is placed into a pile hole 2 up to a predetermined extra-banking level T.
