PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manipulate a remote camera by using a device for manipulation. PSOLUTION: The camera 200 for manipulation requests a remote camera 300 to establish communication, detects the status of the manipulation of a user with respect to a button of the camera 200 for manipulation or the status of a change in an attitude of the camera 200 for manipulation and transmits information relating to them to the remote camera 300 that has established the communication. The remote camera 300 establishes communication in response to a connection request from the camera 200 for manipulation, performs operation assigned to a manipulated button according to the status of the manipulation of the user with respect to the button of the camera 200 for manipulation on the basis of the received information indicating the status of manipulation in the case that the information indicating the status of manipulation is received from the camera 200 for manipulation, and changes an attitude of the remote camera 200 according to the status of the change in the attitude of the camera 200 for manipulation.
