PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system for supporting the exploitation of resources to match the supply and demand between an enterprise and a management resource. PSOLUTION: In the network system including a server device and a plurality of terminal devices, each of the terminal devices creates both a quantitative data group, in which features of resources to become candidates for the supply and demand are quantized from plural viewpoints, and common data, in which featuring information for presenting the resource features to a user is expressed in a data format commonly recognized by the network system, and transmits the quantitative data group and the common data to the server device. The server device stores a supply/demand DB separately for each supply and demand of the resources with the quantitative data group and the common data coming from each terminal device, and compares the features expressed by the quantitative data group to discriminate the adaptability of the supply and the demand between the supplier and the demander of the resources.
