PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen ventilating and air conditioning system, a kitchen ventilating and air conditioning method and a kitchen ventilating and air conditioning control device capable of saving energy without impairing amenity of a kitchen when the ventilating and air conditioning of the kitchen are implemented. PSOLUTION: This kitchen ventilating and air conditioning system implementing ventilating and air conditioning of a space including the kitchen, comprises a ventilator 20, a kitchen air conditioner 10, a temperature sensor 40 and a control portion 34. The ventilator 20 ventilates the air in the kitchen. The kitchen air conditioner 10 conditions the air in the kitchen. An acquiring portion 40 acquires cooking state information of the kitchen. The control portion 34 allows the ventilator 20 and the kitchen air conditioner 10 to interlock each other and controls them respectively on the basis of the information acquired by the temperature sensor 40.
