PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sets control device of a multi-boiler installation system in which a plurality of boilers having a plurality of combustion stages including standby are installed capable of stabilizing an output of the multi-boiler installation system even if priority is changed.;SOLUTION: This sets control device includes: a priority changing means for changing the priority among the boilers; a candidate boiler determining means for determining candidate boilers subjected to changes in combustion stage from among the boilers; an object boiler select means for selecting an object boiler to be changed in the combustion stage from the candidate boilers by comparing the priority between the candidate boilers: and a combustion stage designating means for designating the change in the combustion stage concerning the object boiler, wherein the combustion stage designating means designates the change in the combustion stage concerning the object boiler when the change in the combustion stage is required due to a change in required load after the priority among the boilers is changed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
