PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for writing an identification code capable of imparting an ID to a terminal device without using a line network, in a system capable of collectively imparting IDs by respective terminal devices by using the line network.;SOLUTION: The device includes a terminal identification code storage section 87 which stores an identification code input through an operation section 83, a communication interface 84 for a control unit for a communication connection with the central control unit, a control unit search program storage section 90 which stores a program for searching for and outputting information on the terminal device corresponding to the identification code inputted through the operation section 83 from the central control unit, terminal information storage sections 88 and 89 which store information received from the central control unit, a communication interface 85 for the terminal device which can transmit arbitrary data to the terminal device, and a writing program storage section 92 which stores a program for writing information to the terminal device connected to the communication interface 85 for the terminal device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
