PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorboat which prevents the entry of water into the interior of a detection unit and/or a drive unit.;SOLUTION: The motorboat 10 is equipped with a resistor 40 for detecting a degree of operation of a throttle lever 15, a motor 50 for opening/closing a throttle valve 25 of an engine 20, and an electrical equipment box 60 for actuating the motor 50 in response to a detection value detected by the resistor 40. The resistor 40 and the motor 50 are set in a waterproof case 30 arranged near the engine 20. The water proof case consists of a resistor housing case for housing the resistor, and a motor housing case for housing the motor, which are separately composed. In another embodiment, a motor 81 is arranged to be adjacent to an engine 82, and the rotating shaft 81a of the motor 81 is connected to the valve shaft 83a of a throttle valve 83.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
