PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare flesh skin containing useful ingredients such as anthocyanin, chlorogenic acid and the like as a material for foods and the like from Viburnum dilatatum juice squeezed residue which has been disposed as waste. PSOLUTION: The material for various processed foods is prepared by bringing the Viburnum dilatatum juice-squeezed residue comprising seeds and flesh skins to be a dried juice squeezed residue by drying the same with hot air at 70-80C, separating the flesh skins containing anthocyanin, chlorogenic acid and its derivatives from the seeds by utilizing frictional action or grinding action among particles using a rice cleaning machine-like structure or the like and, if needed, pulverizing the juice squeezed residue to be powder, or the like.
