PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and properly process trouble in an error at low cost, and to implement support which a user can satisfy.;SOLUTION: This used error processing system has an information terminal 2, an error correspondence information processor 1, and a solution method database 15. The information terminal 2 transmits information about a terminal error and address information about itself as error generation information on the basis of generation of the terminal error as the error. The error correspondence information processor 1 acquires terminal system information as system information about the information terminal from the information terminal on the basis of the received error generation information. The solution method database 15 associates and stores the error, the system information and an error solution method. The error correspondence information processor 1 determines the solution method of the terminal error on the basis of the error generation information, the terminal system information, and the solution method database 15, and transmits it to the information terminal 2 as solution method information.
