The present invention provides a heat-conductive and pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet to be used for fixing electronic parts to heat-radiating members, etc. which are excellent in electrical insulating properties and heat conductivity, exhibit good adhesion between a base material and a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition layer, scarcely undergo anchoring fracture between the base material and the adhesive layer, and have good heat resistance. The heat-conductive and pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprises a plastic film containing from 2 to 50% by volume of a heat-conductive granular solid as a base material and a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition layer formed on one or both of the surfaces of said plastic film, the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition layer containing a base polymer and from 0.01 to 20 parts by weight of a silane coupling agent based on 100 parts by weight of the base polymer.
