PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the dose of therapeutic radiation to be applied to regions excepting a predetermined region of a reagent.;SOLUTION: A radiation irradiation method comprises the steps of: taking transmission images by radiations 35, 36 transmitting the reagent 43; calculating an area where presence probability of the predetermined region of the reagent 43 is larger than predetermined probability using the transmission image; and irradiating the region with the therapeutic radiation 23 secured to the reagent 43 so that the predetermined region is irradiated with the radiation of a predetermined dose, At that time, the period that the reagent is irradiated with the therapeutic radiation 23 includes the period that a part of the predetermined region is irradiated with the therapeutic radiation 23 and the period that a part thereof is not irradiated with the therapeutic radiation 23.
