The metal coil is a very small coil, the base board makes the metal coil independently fixed to be a coupling structure for magnetic coupling, and the die material can be dissolved by a prescribed solvent, keeps the shape of the very small metal coil in a maintainable way and also keeps the shape of the metal coil in a prescribed manner, without deforming the shape of the metal coil, with respect to pressure at the time of connecting the metal coil held by the die material to an electrode on the corresponding base board side.
