PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folder easy for switching operation even in the case of changing the working.;SOLUTION: This folder is provided with a gripper cylinder 50 provided with a full-size folding part 10 having a second knife shaft 52 and gripper shafts 53 and 54 for full-size folding a web 12 inserted from a first paper insertion part 13 at one side in the axial direction and a thin-folding part 20 for thin- folding a web 22 inserted from a second paper insertion part 23 at the other side in the axial direction, and provided with moving means 513, 514, 540-547 for moving the second knife shaft 52 of the full-size folding part 10 of the gripper cylinder 50 toward the gripper shafts 53 and 54 along the circumferential direction of the gripper cylinder 50.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
