PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taste measuring method capable of more well imitating the sense of taste of a person than a known method, a taste sensor therefor, a computer program and a taste measuring instrument.;SOLUTION: The response values of at least respective one components affected on a salty taste, acidity, a sweet taste, deliciousness and a bitter taste are obtained by respective sensors capable of respectively quantifying the respective components and input to a first radiant base function network to calculate the concentrations of the above mentioned components. Next, the calculated concentrations of the respective components are input to a second radiant base function network, which relates the concentrations of the respective components with the salty taste, acidity, sweet taste, deliciousness and bitter taste sensed by a person to calculate the intensities of the salty taste, acidity, the sweet taste, the deliciousness and the bitter taste sensed by the person.
