PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering a defect of a thin film photoelectric conversion module and a method for manufacturing the thin film photoelectric conversion module capable of manufacturing the conversion module sufficiently improved in its module output.;SOLUTION: The method for recovering the defect of the thin film photoelectric conversion module 1 having a series array obtained by connecting a plurality of thin film photoelectric conversion cells 10 each having a structure obtained by sequentially laminating a first electrode layer 3, a thin film photoelectric conversion unit 4 and a second electrode layer 5 on a substrate 2 in series to each other comprises the steps of irradiating the array with a light so that a reverse bias voltage is selectively applied to one of the plurality of the cells 10 in a state in which the array is short-circuited, thereby insulating a short- circuited part 9 formed at one of the plurality of the cells 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
