(57) Abstract The electronic goods supervisory marker which has with signal formation layer and signal filter layer is disclosed. Signal formation layer is connected by the magnetic change part where each has main axis A, signal filter layer has the signal cutoff element which is superimposed in each magnetic flux collection part. Each element has one boundary at least, each boundary, as it is piled up on the magnetic change part, has the tangential line T which is not vertical to the main axis A of the magnetic change part desirably. It discloses also the method of producing the marker by this invention.
