PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze intermolecular interactions of substances to be analyzed in an aqueous solution without having to use any labels such as pigments and to specifically and quantitatively detect a plurality of substances to be analyzed.;SOLUTION: A surface enhanced Raman scattering substrate made of a group of noble metal colloids is made to coexist in a Raman-active substance having stoichiometric relation with the substances to be analyzed.
