PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NC data preparation device, an NC data preparation system, an NC data preparation method and an NC data preparation program for easily preparing NC data by using CAD data. PSOLUTION: This NC data preparing device 20 three-dimensionally displays surface data 102 being the information of the surface shape of an object acquired from a CAD device 10 through a network and WAX shape data 101 corresponding to the shape of wax, and extracts the surface data surrounded by the WAX shape data 101 on display as working shape data 104, and prepares NC data for working wax by controlling the NC working device based on the WAX shape data 101 and the working shape data.
