PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a doll's head with artificial eye members facilitating attachment/detachment of the artificial eye members and the adjustment of the eye line irrelevant to the size of the toy's head and the degree of skill of the work and a doll toy installed with the toy's head.;SOLUTION: This doll's head with the artificial eye members comprises a hollow head part formed with openings in positions corresponding to the eyes, the artificial eye members which are disposed inside the hollow head part with the pupils being visible through the openings of the hollow head part, and artificial eye support members fixed to the hollow head part inside via fixing means so as to support the artificial eye members. The hollow head part is divided into two parts, a face including the openings and a back head part. Through-holes are provided in parts facing to the openings of the face part in the artificial eye support members with their fixed via the fixing means. The artificial eye support members re fixed to the face part inner wall with the artificial eye members closely stuck to the opening edges from the face part inner wall side.
