PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication timing controller capable of executing effective communication at each node even if a management node does not exist, and reassignment of time slot can be dealt with easily.;SOLUTION: Each node transits the operating state or operation timing of its own node by reflecting the basic speed of state transition while delivering/receiving a state variable signal indicative of the operating state or operation timing of its own node. Based on the transition state, time slot of each node is assigned. Operation timing of its own node is shifted forcibly and assignment of time slot is altered for such a node as a decision is made that the time slot width is different from that assigned equally to each node.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
