PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide collapsibility of a sand core which is improved compared with the conventional sand core, which contributes to reduction of energy cost and improvement of working environments.;SOLUTION: A binder composition for amine gas hardening type mold, is composed essentially of an orthocresol modified phenol resin, polyisocyanate compound, organic solvent and silicic ester and/or its hydrolysate.
