PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anastomotic system to perform an anastomosis in vivo.;SOLUTION: The anastomotic system includes two foldable flange parts 38, a tubular main body 40 extending between the flange parts, an anastomosis button 42 for connecting two lumens in vivo, a housing 44 for the anastomosis button 42 with the flange parts folded, a distal end inserted from the mouth of a patient to a targeted site of the living organism, and a proximal end placed in vitro. The anastomotic system is equipped with a guide 12 guiding the housing 44 to the targeted site, and operating a release line 46 including the distal end inserted to the targeted site along the guide and the proximal end held in vitro the anastomosis button 42 from the housing 55 and places the anastomosis button at the targeted site.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
