PURPOSE: An anastomosis apparatus is provided to easily anastomose fistula by connecting a first and a second anastomosis ring each other.;CONSTITUTION: A first and a second anastomosis rings(40,40') are respectively fixed to a first and a second holder(60,70). The first and the second holder are respectively connected to a first and a second rotator(20,30). The first and the second rotator are respectively connected to the front-end of the driven shaft and a first drive shaft. The first drive shaft has a first driving gear and a first slave gear. The driven shaft has a second slave gear. A second driver shaft has a second driver gear. A first holder is rotated with the rotation of the second driver shaft towards the second holder.
