PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter curtain opening-closing device of a shutter device for miniaturizing the whole device by shortening the shaft directional length.;SOLUTION: When a shutter curtain moves for opening and closing, a winding shaft for winding and delivering this shutter curtain, makes rotary motion. Among the rotary motion of this winding shaft, rotary motion for delivering the shutter curtain is transmitted to an oil damper type brake means 82 via a clutch means 81 being a one-way clutch means. The clutch means 81 and the brake means 82 constitute respective parts of a clutch brake device 80. The brake means 82 is arranged in an outer peripheral part of the clutch means 81 being a radial directional position of the clutch means 81, not on a shaft extension line of the clutch means 81.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
