PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a culturable cell free from nucleus and exhibiting mitochondria activity and provide a cell produced by the method.;SOLUTION: A culturable cell free from nucleus and exhibiting mitochondria activity is produced by carrying out the cell fusion of a nucleus-free cell having mitochondria DNA to a cultured cell free from mitochondria DNA and derived from cancer cell, culturing the obtained cybrid cell and recovering a floating cell from the obtained cultured cells.
