PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point electronic commerce method promoting an audience to look and listen to an advertisement, promoting the sale without easily discounting the advertised article, and connecting to the demand expansion of the pay broadcasting. SOLUTION: This electronic commerce method is so constituted that the audience look and listen to the advertisement from a broadcasting center 101 on a communication network connecting the broadcasting center 101, audience terminals 111, and an order receiving center 131, and gets a point by ordering the advertised article; the order receiving center 131 issues the point by the acceptance of the order from the audience and the number of points are notified to, at least, either one of the audience terminals 111 or the broadcasting center 101; and the broadcasting center 101 discounts the broadcasting looking listening fee for the points. This system can promote the sale without causing a sharp drop in price of the article. The points are issued at the acceptance of the order of the advertised article so that the sponsor is prevented from issuing points uselessly.
