PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an acrylic film excellent in resistance to stress whitening, releasability from a roll, film-forming properties, and thinness by forming an acrylic resin composition comprising acrylic multi-layered polymer particles with a polymeric process aid and at least one specific compound into a film. ;SOLUTION: An acrylic resin composition comprising 100 pts.wt. multi-layered polymer particles each having, as the inner layer, a crosslinked elastic polymer layer formed from a 1-8C alkyl acrylate and/or a conjugated diene and, as the outer layer, a thermoplastic polymer layer formed from a 1-8C alkyl methacrylate, 0.05-10 pts.wt. polymeric process aid formed from 60 wt.% or higher methyl methacrylate and 40 wt.% or lower vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith and having an intrinsic viscosity of 3-6 dl/g, and 0.05-0.5 pt.wt. at least one compound which acts as an external lubricant and is selected from among compounds represented by formulas I to IV.
