PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sharp change of time weighted return of a sector which a sector earning rate computing device computes resulting from sector transfer of a brand.;SOLUTION: The sector earning rate computing device 30 has a brand, sector data base 40, a balance data base 42 which stores actual value balance of the brand and a sector, a sector transfer detection part 44 which detects the sector transfer of the brand, a cash flow acquisition part 48 which acquires an actual cash flow amount accompanying actual inflow and outflow of money of each sector and acquires a virtual cash flow amount without accompanying the actual inflow and outflow of money resulting from the sector transfer and a sector earning rate computation part 50 which computes the time weighted return of the sector using the cash flow total amount by totaling the actual cash flow amount and the virtual cash flow amount and each actual value balance before and after the sector transfer regarding a sector concerning the sector transfer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
