The leaf has frame sections (11, 21) and vent sections (10, 20) that are extended along edges of an inner surface of each of a set of horizontal panels (1-4) of the leaf and an integrated casement gate through a flange. The flange is continuously angular on a sector of each panel through another flange until the former flange is terminated on an outer end of the sector, without any return on an outer face of the panels, such that an overhang connected part contiguous or fixed to the vent and frame sections does not require anti-finger catching effect.
