PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image recording device by which a moving image photographing a person is retrieved and reproduced in accordance with a constitution of the person. PSOLUTION: The moving image recording device photographing the person by an installed camera 12 installed to a building is provided with a discrimination part 14 for discriminating a plurality of persons appearing in the moving image photographed by the installed camera 12 respectively; an index imparting part 16 for dividing a scene of the moving image when the constitution of the person appearing in the moving image is changed, and for imparting an index showing the constitution of the person to each of the scenes, and a recording and reproducing part 18 for recording the moving image and for retrieving and reproducing the scene by making the constitution of the person as a key.
