PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic foil passing device capable of easily passing a tip portion of a metallic foil to an outlet side reel arranged on the outlet side of a rolling mill.;SOLUTION: The metallic foil passing device to pass a tip portion of a metallic foil 103 from the inlet side to the outlet side between work rolls 102 of a rolling mill 101 comprises an inlet side reel 104 which is arranged on the inlet side of the rolling mill 101 to deliver the metallic foil 103, an outlet side reel 109 which is arranged on the outlet side to wind the rolled metallic foil 103, a leader material feed drum 116 which is arranged on the outlet side of the rolling mill 101 to wind the leader material 114 fed to the inlet side of the rolling mill 101 while the tip portion of the metallic foil 103 on the inlet side reel 104 side is attachably/detachably connected to a tip portion of the leader material 114, and a guide roller 117 to lead the tip portion of the metallic foil 103 to the outlet side reel 109 by guiding the leader material 114 wound around the leader material feed drum 116 via the outlet side reel 109.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
