PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring precision improving method in a method for finding minute deformation of a material at high temperature by speckle pattern measurement of a metal foil by welding an inoxidizable metal foil on the surface of the metal material to be measured.;SOLUTION: A strain measuring method suppresses exfoliation due to high temperature by improving welding adhesion between a platinum foil and the member to be measured and improves measurement precision of deformation of the member to be measured during high temperature use by interposing a metal layer different in both between the metal foil and the member to be measured, for instance, a nickel layer of thickness of 0.4-0.1 mm and welding the platinum foil of thickness of 0.1-0.5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
