PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber injection molding system capable of obtaining a high performance molded product of high quality regardless of the irregularity of a rubber vulcanizing speed or the abrasion of an injection molding machine, and to provide an injection molding vulcanization condition setting method therefor.;SOLUTION: This rubber injection molding system is constituted of the injection molding machine, wherein an injection pot 6 with an injection nozzle 9 and a charging port 5a for supplying a flowable material into the injection pot 6 are formed to a metal case 1 and a plunger 7 is arranged in the injection pot 6, a pressure sensor 17, a rubber temperature sensor 18 and an automatic controller 19 of an injection molding vulcanization condition. The automatic controller 19 can input the outputs of both sensors 17 and 18 and a rubber vulcanizing speed measuring instrument 20 to send indication output to a device to be controlled or the like. This injection molding vulcanization condition setting method is constituted so that the vulcanization characteristic data obtained by the measuring instrument 20 at every kneading, the temperature of the metered rubber of the flowable material and the pressure to the plunger 7 are inputted to the controller 19 to be operated comparatively, and the optimum temperature of the metered rubber and a vulcanization time are set to send a temperature control indication output to temperature adjusting mechanisms 21 and 22.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
