The methods involves supplying multiple reinforced areas (5) for an inside bar (2) and an outside bar (1) to locate multiple clamping points (4) on the reinforced areas in clamping process. Multiple holes (6) are formed on the elastic material bar for locating the clamping points, and elastic material bars (3) are placed between outside and inside bars. The clamping points are located on the reinforced areas and the holes, and the outside bar is located at side of an upper mold, where the outside bar is thicker than the inside bar. The inside and outside bars are made of metal. An independent claim is also included for a floor/window brush.
