Pharmaceutical preparations containing HSP7O with immunosuppressive effect, process for its production and use. The present invention provides the use of HSP7O protein of Mycobacterium tuberculosis as an immunosuppressive agent to be used for rejection of grafts and pharmaceutical compositions / transplants containing same and processes for their production.The pharmaceutical compositions of the invention provide inhibition of rejection, generating regulatory T cells, i.e., 004 + 25 + Foxp3 +. The pharmaceutical compositions of the invention also provides the ability to inhibit rejection locally, avoiding that the immune system is suppressed. These and other advantages of the invention are not conferred by the immunosuppressive drugs today.
