Disclosed are compounds of the formula and pharmaceutically acceptable Salts and prodrugs thereof, wherein W, T, R11 and R12 are as defined in the specification. These compounds are inhibitors of MEK and are useful in the treatment of hyperproliferative diseases, such as Cancer and inflammation, in Mammals.It also reveals a method for using these compounds for the treatment of hyperproliferative diseases and Pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds.
